Board of Directors Meeting Public Participation Policy

The St. Pete Pride Board of Directors encourages interested community members to attend its meetings and speak about issues of concern to them. The dates and times are published on the organization’s website. In order to ensure that all interested individuals have an equal opportunity to participate, and to maintain the order of the meeting, the following policy has been established. Individuals or groups wanting to address the Board shall be allotted time at the beginning of the meeting. Presentations are limited to three minutes. The Board President may announce special rules to limit the number of speakers, shorten or lengthen time allowed to speakers, or designate representatives to speak on behalf of a group.
