Program Changes and Cancellations
Program listing, dates, venues, and prices for all events are subject to change. If an event presented by St Pete Pride is cancelled or postponed, we will announce the change—if time permits—by e-mail, phone, a letter sent to your home, and on StPetePride.com. To confirm an event, call the St Pete Pride office at 727-342-0084.
Single Ticket Sales
No refunds, no exchanges. Programming, dates, venues and prices are subject to change. Tickets may be transferred to another individual by contacting the St Pete Pride office at 727-342-0084.
Donate Your Tickets
If you are unable to use your tickets to a St Pete Pride presented event, we will gratefully accept them as a tax-deductible contribution. Call St Pete Pride at 727-342-0084 for more information, or return your tickets to the St Pete Pride Office. You can make this tax-deductible donation anytime up to two hours before the event.
Didn’t Get Your Tickets?
If you requested that we mail your tickets and did not receive them within 10 days of placing your order, please call St Pete Pride at 727-342-0084 with your information to make alternative arrangements.
Ticket Limits
Please adhere to all published ticket limits. Persons who exceed these limits may have any or all of their ticket orders cancelled without notice by St Pete Pride at its discretion. This includes orders with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, or credit card number.
Third-Party Ticket Purchases
St Pete Pride is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized third parties such as ticket brokers or online outlets. Tickets purchased from third parties may not be valid and unusable for admittance, and we cannot replace lost or stolen third-party tickets. Tickets purchased from third parties may be priced much higher than the ticket’s actual face value, and we will be unable to contact holders of such tickets about event changes or cancellations.
Help us serve you in the best manner possible by purchasing your tickets only at the St Pete Pride office or online at StPetePride.com.
Convenience Fee
We charge a non-refundable variable convenience fee for each ticket purchased through StPetePride.com. There is $0.50 convenience fee charged on tickets purchased in person at the St Pete Pride Office.
Ticket Scanning
Our electronic scanning of tickets upon entry helps prevent problems that can cause pre-event delays or long lines. When exchanging or donating a ticket, a new ticket is issued in place of the returned ticket, and only the most recently issued ticket is valid for entry. Discounts
Please note that discounts cannot be combined with any other offer, are subject to availability and prior sale, and are not valid on prior purchases. Discounts may be discontinued at any time.
Security
We greatly appreciate your cooperation with necessary security measures that ensure the safety of our attendees, artists, volunteers, and staff. Please don’t bring bags, parcels, or luggage to St Pete Pride events. All belongings are subject to inspection, and venue management reserves the right to limit access to the premises.
